We process accommodation, food and beverage services, SPA services provided by TURİZM İTHALAT İHRACAT A.Ş., all of these services within the scope of contractual relations and due to the establishment-management process of employee/employer relations. The data we need for the establishment and continuation of the contractual relationship are listed below.

Your personal data is recorded. Your data defined above is requested and processed by you within the framework of the contractual relationship and due to the legal demands of public institutions.

C- Your personal data collected and processed as stated above, ANTAR PAZARLAMA DAĞITIM TİC. It can be transferred between the enterprises of TURİZM İTHALAT İHRACAT A.Ş, between the data controller and the data processor, within the scope of mandatory notifications arising from the law and the request of public institutions and organizations (Police Department, judicial authorities, the relevant Ministry). The purpose of the transfer is that your personal data is necessary within the framework of the contractual relationship, the execution of the services, the fulfillment of the issues in the collection purposes listed in article C.

 

D- Our facility is monitored with camera records for your safety and the camera records are renewed periodically between 15 days and 30 days. On request, only the records for 15 -30 days before the request date can be accessed. Camera recordings are not recorded on any data or server. Areas monitored by the camera are indicated with warning signs within the scope of KVKK No. 6698.


E- As a method of data collection, the establishment and management of the contractual relationship and within the framework of the legal reasons specified in article C.

For applications to be made on behalf of someone else, your legal documents showing that you represent the applicants must be attached to the application petition. Applications made within this scope will be returned to you within 30 days at the latest. The applications in question are completely free of charge, but if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. G- Your personal data listed above, processed and stored by our company; In the range of 10-15 years, taking into account the disappearance of the reasons for the processing, termination of the purpose of processing, termination of the contractual relationship, and in some cases, the destruction policy determined by us within the scope of your request, and the statute of limitations / foreclosure periods regulated in the current legislation in accordance with our Company's Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy. are stored and disposed of ex officio.
